Jacques et Edna Trail

The Jacques et Edna trail is a non-motorized hiking trail of about 2.2 km. The first part of the trail is an easy hike. It first passes through an open field of about 340 meters and then enters a wooded section of about 410 meters. This segment is particularly beautiful in the fall. The second part of the trail is about 1.4 km and is more difficult. It passes through a swamp and a mature forest and is only open in winter when the ground is frozen (an open/closed sign indicates the condition of this segment). An ecological component is associated with this trail with the installation of nesting boxes for swallows, bird and squirrel feeders and an interpretive panel on biodiversity.

South access: The parking (link) located at civic number 847 on route 530 (Bourgeois) can accommodate 5 to 6 cars and is cleared in winter.
